System Requirements SuccessNet Plus 5.1
Pearson SuccessNet Plus makes your online experience as simple as possible to implement. While SuccessNet Plus uses a variety of configurations, the requirements listed below will provide an acceptable user experience. Other combinations of settings and/or software versions may also function, however the following is our recommendation for optimal use. Please call Pearson® Product Support at (800) 234-5832 or email at technical.support@pearson.com for questions regarding the Pearson SuccessNet Plus recommended system requirements.

Internet Explorer 6 and Safari 3.2.1 users:
For the best possible online experience, we strongly recommend that users upgrade their browser to a more recent version. Please visit the customer support website for more information and a complete set of upgrade instructions for IE 6 users and Safari 3.2.1 users. If upgrading is not possible, you can continue to enjoy access to your programs, but you may encounter some issues.
Firefox users:
You cannot log in or view programs using Firefox browsers.
AOL and AT&T Yahoo users:
You cannot view programs using the AOL or AT&T Yahoo browsers. You can, however, use AOL or AT&T Yahoo as your Internet Service Provider to access the Internet, and then open the Internet Explorer browser within AOL or AT&T Yahoo to access your programs.

Additional Software for Certain Programs
To use multimedia and audio components in some programs, you may need to download and install additional software:
- ActiveX: For some courses, you must enable ActiveX in your browser. See your browser Help for instructions on how to change the browser security settings or to add the course URL to your list of trusted sites.
- Adobe® Flash® (Version 8 or higher)
- Adobe® Shockwave® (Version 7 through Version 10)
- Adobe® Reader (Version 7 or higher)
- Adobe Macromedia Authorware Web Player (Version 2004 [IE], Version 7 [Safari])
